MOVE Ball Fit

A high-energy class incorporating our large stability balls & mini exercise balls to target your deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance & toning class.


MOVE Pilates Stick

This class utilizes a pilates stick with spring based resistance that is attached to the ballet barre. Our Move Pilates Stick classes has both an upper & lower body strength focus, plus cardio elements, but further challenges your core & balance.


MOVE TRX

This class utilizes the TRX suspension straps & your body weight to give you one of the best total body workouts ever! Fully adaptable to your strength & fitness level, you’ll work every muscle in your body to challenge your strength & conditioning.


MOVE Yoga Flow 

Explore traditional yoga with a gentle flow, creating a balanced class with just the right amount of stretch & zen. This well balanced flow class will get you out of your head & into your body & your breath. Move with your breath. Breath initiates the movement of your Vinyasa or your “breath-to-movement” practice.


MOVE Power Yoga Flow 

A little more advanced Vinyasa style of yoga moving quicker through breath to movement. This faster paced flow will energize, lengthen, & strengthen your entire body along with calming your mind. 


MOVE Yoga Sculpt

Yoga meets workout in this energy-packed class! Start off with a yoga stretch & flow warm up & then kick up the heat as weights & cardio are incorporated into this fast-paced workout. 


MOVE Yoga Restore 

A restorative class where the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness & release tension from the body.
