Our Child Care Policies

Parents MUST pre-register their children for child supervision

$5/child per class for non-members 

Free for ALL members

Max Capacity: 5 children/class

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES

Children are to arrive clean and fed to the studio. Our dedicated team will supervise your children 1 minute prior to class & we request that parents pick up their child within 1 minute after class ending.

FOODS

We allow children to snack in the studio but we will not feed your child. All snacks must be self serving snacks. We recognize that food allergies can cause serious, life threatening conditions for some children. To keep all our children safe, here at Move Barre + Yoga we are requesting that all parents eliminate bringing peanut based foods that have been determined to cause allergic reactions in children.

DIAPERS & TOILET TRAINING

We do not change diapers or support toilet training at the studio. We will notify the parent of any infant or toddler diaper changing or toilet training needs. We do our best to maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards and this policy helps us adhere to the cleanliness of the studio.

SICK CHILD

Under no circumstances may a parent bring a sick child to the studio, if the child shows any signs of illness (runny nose, cough, cold, fever, diarrhea or vomiting), or is unable to participate in the normal routine we reserve the right to ask the parent out of class. Sick children will expose all children and staff members who they come in contact with. Because this is disruptive to other children and their families, your cooperation on this issue is extremely important. Your help and support to reduce the spread of illness in the studio is greatly appreciated.

Our staff here at Move Barre + Yoga will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate crying, fusing or non-behaved children. We allow a maximum of 10 minutes to remedy the situation, but we reserve the right to get the parent from class who will be better suited to handle a particular need.
