Amanda Glassman
Studio Manager

Amanda hails from New Jersey and discovered barre at a local Pilate’s studio over four years ago and was immediately hooked. As an instructor, Amanda is energized to push clients to new levels of physical fitness and always stress the importance of listening to your body. As a certified holistic health coach, Amanda is passionate about nutrition and you can find her cooking new innovative healthy recipes. Outside of the studio Amanda loves sending time with her friends trying new classes and exploring Pasadena.

Monica Remes

As a dance teacher and someone who is fascinated by the body, Monica is passionate about educating the community in how they can achieve amazing results through barre. After a debilitating back injury that left her unable to move for four-months, barre became a key part of Monica’s recovery. Monica knows that trying something new can be hard and she likes to encourage and remind her clients not to be overwhelmed or compare themselves to other, but instead focus on where they are and where they’d like to be. Monica is also a certified yoga and yoga sculpt instructor and certified in HIIT, TRX and Pilates Stick. Outside of fitness, Monica is a budding videographer, an amazing voice-over actress and enjoys experiencing life as a part-time pet sitter and full-time vegan.

Debby Kumar
Owner

A fitness enthusiast, Debby fell in love with the physical, mental and spiritual practice of yoga and decided to get certified. Simultaneously she has a love for the high-intensity barre workout and this passion fueled her desire to open a fitness studio in Pasadena. Seeing clients of all shapes and sizes build a sense of community while individually building strength, pushing their limits and achieving their fitness goals in a positive and empowering space is what motivates and drives her and her team. Outside of the studio, Debby exploring the city with her 2 daughters. A lover of the community, live music and an avid runner you may spot Debby at local events, concerts or running around the Rose Bowl.

Helga Theodors
Studio Manager

A native of Iceland and a barre aficionado, Helga has been a passionate barre instructor for over 7 years. Helga loves to guide and motivate her students through their fitness journey and push them to their limits. Being able to see results in her clients combined with her passion for health and fitness is what motivated her to get yoga certified so she can continue to create fun and challenging classes. In addition to barre and yoga, Helga teaches Ball Fit, TRX, Pilates Stick. Outside of the studio, Helga is a talented graphic designer and a mom of 4 boys. She enjoys being creative, spending her time outside and restoring new life into old finds.
